Boxing: Is an interval training program incorporating the sport-specific techniques used in boxing to provide a high level of conditioning for both aerobic and anaerobic systems of the body. This course can be designed for one on one sessions or group.Kick Boxing: Is an interval training program incorporating the sport-specific techniques used in boxing, martial arts and kick boxing to provide a high level of conditioning for both aerobic and anaerobic systems of the body. The training incorporates lectures and techniques, punching, footwork, punch mitts, kicks and the jump rope. Group Exercise: Coming Soon KBox Round II: Incorporates the basic and advanced boxing skills for punching, footwork, mitts, thai pads, the heavy bag, the kicking shield and the jump rope. Personal Training: Included will be information on cardiovascular fitness, strength training, flexibility training, basic fitness assessment and prescription, motivation techniques, and related business issues. Pilates Mat level I: Provides an in depth overview of the theoretical knowledge and practical skills necessary to teach a safe and effective Pilates Mat Class. Yoga Ball: Provides practical information and techniques for teaching yoga postures and poses using stability balls. The training includes program theory and guidelines, practical sessions of hands-on technique work, and program development information. |
