Amanda Masters

Amanda has been in the fitness industry for more than 20 years, working with children through senior adults, including older adult sports performance, deconditioned older adults, teen athletic teams and enhancing young children’s fundamental movement skills. Her passion is in working with females and older adults. She also holds certifications in Group Fitness Training, Pilates, Kickboxing, Water Conditioning, Nutrition, Stretching, Flexibility, and Spinning©, as well as specialty training in working with populations who have medical conditions.
Amanda was instrumental in beginning a local YMCA Sprint Triathlon Club, as well as being on the staff at a number of gyms, private clubs, and active adult communities. She currently teaches group fitness classes and works with small groups and individuals to reach their fitness and lifestyle goals .
She enjoys running, biking, skiing, and swimming, and participates regularly in charity races and bike rides. In addition to her focus on promoting healthy lifestyles, she enjoys spending time with her husband camping, cooking, traveling, and exploring!
