How / Why did you become a personal trainer?
While jumping out of airplanes for the military I quickly learned that if I take better care of my
body, it will take better care of me when I hit the ground harder than expected (ouch).
Also being raised by my grandmother I was exposed to the taste of good food, so learning how to take better care of my body allowed me to enjoy good food whenever I wanted.
What do you like to do for exercise and fun?
I like to play all types of sports, softball, basketball, football, bowling, scuba diving, jet skiing, and motorcycling.
What is your exercise philosophy?
“It all begins with attitude” It’s always about the client, helping them to help themselves. The process is not complicated, it may not be easy, but it is not complicated. K.I.S.S. it. Keep It Simple for Success. Calories in v/s calories out. If you eat more calories than you burn, you gain. If you eat less calories than you burn you loose. It is not about being skinny or fat it is about being healthy.
