This course will teach you the basics and beyond in boxing fundamentals as they are taught in the ring to add spice to your workout and expand your teaching repertoire. Includes: Study Manual, Video, and Test.
All home studies provide 5 CEC’s to satisfy your ISCA re-certification course requirements. The cost for each course is listed below. An additional $9 ($13 for Yoga Ball) for shipping and handling per course will be added.
