This course is designed to teach the instructor creative full body active stretching techniques using the Promise rope. Includes Study Manual, Video, Stretch Rope, and Test.
All home studies provide 5 CEC’s to satisfy your ISCA re-certification course requirements. The cost for each course is listed below. An additional $9 ($13 for Yoga Ball) for shipping and handling per course will be added.
